Dust and odours
Dust and strong odours can arise in connection with the setting up of temporary exhibits, which occurs about once or twice a year. Contact the museum before your visit. Cleaning agents and soaps in the rest rooms are unscented, and we have no plants in the museum that are allergenic or have strong fragrances.
Gluten and lactose hypersensitivity
The restaurant offers a selection of food and pastries that do not contain lactose or gluten.
Air and ventilation
The premises have excellent air quality and a good ventilation system.
Guide dogs
Bringing guide dogs into the museum is permitted.
Picnic room
The museum has a picnic room for packed lunches. This room is equipped with a kitchenette with access to running water and a microwave oven.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the entire museum, as well as outside the entrance and in the inner courtyard.
Cleaning
Cleaning on our premises provides a good environment for everyone at our museum.
