The Museum’s restaurant serves fresh food of the highest quality, made wherever possible, from locally-produced and organically-grown raw ingredients.
Enjoy lunch or have coffee and a snack at our restaurant. We offer traditional Swedish home cooking, a varied, delicious salad buffet, and home-baked bread. During the summer, we also have outdoor dining. The restaurant is fully licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.
Calle C, refers to Baron Carl Cederström, the first Swede to fly a plane. His first flight was back in 1911 on the Malmen parade grounds outside of Linköping. The restaurant is located on the street that bears his name.
Our restaurant belongs to the European Network of Regional Culinary Heritage in Östergötland. The objective of the network is to develop and promote the county's cuisine, and suggest new ideas for using local raw ingredients to create new experiences.
